I was upset that "my" plumber could not be reached. I had an emergency and mom told me to call Nichols. They came right out, did a great job, were very polite, and did not leave a mess behind. The next day, I had another emergency after hours. Again, they were here in no time and fixed the problem!----Rebecca RM
