Do they not answer the phone I've been calling for an hour and I've never been there yet I'm supposed to take my brother there today

Awful place, told me I had 10 plus cavitys, but didnt seem ti sure said there mite be more, I also needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed, esitmated without insurance was about 1800. Got a 2nd opinion and ended up only having 1 cavity, there charging a little more for the extractions 900. but im saving 1000 by not having 9 unnessecary fillings. I also had a deep cleaning here payed 200 and 1 1/2 months later when I went to this other place they said I needed it again, I could tell the difference in the cleanings, and this one was only 60. The staff seem to be fresh out of dental school with little experience, poor outdated equiptment and its also not as clean as it should be. I also had problems with the receptionist, made my appointment, took the day off work then they called,me the,day before to tell me they would have,to reschedule cuz the dentist isnt in on that day of the week, which they should hVe known. They charge u fof cancleing apointments, they should have payed me for takeing work off and resheduling.
