I have recently purchased a beautiful 4 bedroom home with a pool spa and built in fire pit in East Hemet/ Valle Vista area using an FHA loan. Teresa Tims and her team helped me through this frightening but exciting time. It is scary being a single of mom of 3 adult children and a 12 year old who all still live at home due to the job crisis many of our young people face.
