This place is horrible and expensive. They wanted to sell us a twin for 1000. The retail person was not personable.

My husband n I bought Aireloom Calico Plush mattress from Sit'nSleep in late Sept. It was delivered on Oct.11th but was not slept on until Oct.15th(traditional reason due to our 1st night of being married). I complained about my back pain that morning but my husband read the warranty n decided to give a fews more days. Oct.18th-21st we were on honeymoon and I woke up without any back pain. After we returned and slept on our "new" bed my back pain persisted. Nov.22nd inspector found 1 1/4" sag but Sit'nSleep n Aireloom voided our warranty because we "flipped" the bed and blamed us for breaking it. The bed was only 6wks old n was only slept on for 5wks, n already has 1 1/4" sagging in the center. Now my back pain is waking me up every morning. DO NOT be fooled by their warranty because they will ignore any complaints and make it VERY difficult to find a resolution!!! Their best offer was to charge us a 20% restocking fee on a defective bed that they delivered!
