I wouldn't even give them half a star. They have been skimping over my pool service for months. They just barely graze the surface of the water with a net and if your lucky - throw in some chlorine and clean out your baskets. They do not test the water to balance or add chemicals nor do they brush the sides of your pool or the tile at water level which is suppossed to be what they provide in their full monthly service. Their employees do not know how to properly adjust or use equipment. So they can not tell you if its running correctly or if anything is broken- if they even bother checking. I now have algae taking over my pool - that they have charged me to treat twice and never bothered to check if it had been eliminated nor did they test to make sure the chemicals , ph level, etc .was tested before or after treatment. And complaining only makes them send out someone who is incapable of solving the problem - in fact they just make it worse.

Great family business. Dave, the owner, took the time to thoroughly check my pool and equipment. He really knows what he is talking about. The store is a small but very well kept and clean building. All the employees that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great business! Will always go back to them for any questions and or problems.
