I bought 5 tanning sessions this week and needed to use all of them this week. I was only able to use two since the salon has been closed for the past two days. The first day the business was just dark with no sign or anything. On the second day there was a sign stating that the business was closed due to electrical issues. I have tried calling, but nobody ever answers the phone. I want my money back and I will not be returning to this salon. Poor, poor service. I wish the person at the desk would have told me that they were going to be shut down this week. Had I been notified that they weren't going to be open for business I would have taken my business elsewhere. I am feeling totally jipped!

I decided to try this place out for a month since my membership with another salon was up. The beds are older, but seem to give good color and always seem to be clean. I'm a little disappointed as in the past two weeks there have been three separate days that I have gone to tan to find a sign in the door notifying customer's that the salon would be closed. One time I can understand, and maybe even a second, but three times in two weeks? I can say that I will not be purchasing another month as I need to tan when it's convenient for me(within regular business hours), not according to some else's schedule.

This place has gone down hill since the young girl from Curtis owned it. She was always so nice and always willing to work with her customers. The Salon and beds were ALWAYS very clean. They always had the best selection of lotions and I got a great deep tan from the beds. What ever happened to The shopping center taking our Kita and the nail salon to put a cell phone store? Pretty sure that is the reason she sold it. Anyway- This place is a mess and like the other person wrote it's NEVER open and is more of a invocenience than convenience to tan their. The older lady who purchased it from the younger gal was crazy & was always blabbing her personal life to everyone. She has SUCH a foul mouth as well. So trashy when 3 of your children tan at the salon. After 16 years of tanning at Kita, I can't believe after two great familys have taken such great care of it.. it turned out like this. What happened to all the family owned businesses in this town!?

Terrible Terrible Terrible.....This woman does not know how on earth to run a business. Always late to open, and changes her hours with a note on the door depending on whyat she feels like being open at the time. its 1030 now and they were suppose to be open a half an hour ago...last Sunday they were 25 minutes late in opening...Go tan somewhere else..you will waste your time and money at ths place..Very Very Unprofessional!~!!!!!
