This is a fantastic bakery with bread baked to perfection. I have been to other Harvest Bread Co bakeries which have not been as good. The University Place Harvest Bread store is wonderfully clean with a great variety of wonderful breads, even gluten free ones. My favorite is the Dakota bread, and it is made on Wed. gluten free. This store is also right next to Trader Joe's so it makes shopping a twofer. I saw a review which only gave this outlet 3 stars, and I was so astonished at that, I decided those of us who love and so appreciate this store better start speaking up before the few grumblers get to be the only ones weighing in and giving a completely distorted impression.
