Attending classes for the week in Sarasota, my prescription eyeglasses lost a nosepad. Uncomfortable, I needed them fixed.
I found myself visiting America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses while at The Market at UTC. A few minutes before closing, Shawn said she could help. Cold and raining outside, I was their last customer of the day.
With full knowledge that I had purchased the glasses elsewhere, Shawn set about replacing both nosepads and cleaned them. When questioned about the "fit," she even adjusted them to properly fit my face. Something I always had a problem doing.
In and out in about 15 minutes, Shawn refused payment indicating that she was simply "happy to help."
