My practice centers on representing people in domestic relations and juvenile court matters, for issues such as termination of marriage by divorce or dissolution, child support, spousal support, allocation of parental rights and responsibilities and parenting time, including matters for people who have never married but have children or property together. I also provide services for people who are not yet permitted to marry but have a lasting partnership by providing documents such as powers of attorney for health care, partnership agreements, wills and other estate-planning documents.
