Don't go to this Vet. Middleton, I waited 2.5 HOURS watched two episodes of Pit bulls & Paroles, in addition to another Animal Planet show, 2.5 hrs. After doing so, I asked how much longer it would be??? A valid question, especially after waiting 2.5 Hours, with only two patients, my baby and the patient in the room. Middleton was nasty, rude and yelled out to the assistant that if I didn't want to wait I could go to the ER.
WTF, I sat quietly and patiently waiting in an Animal Hospital for 2.5 hours with my extremely critical baby, already dehydrated and not eating. It's now nearly 5 hours since I last attempted to hydrate by baby. And to add insult to injury, after his ranting and raving to me from the room and outside the room, he finished with the patient 10 minutes later. I told him during his ranting and raving, that this was Unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate.
I was in the waiting room calling another Vet. and within 10 minutes, No exaggeration, the little dog he spent 2.5 hours with walked and stood at the receptionist desk, he finished with that patient.... while I held my baby in my arms, afraid she'd die after waiting for his help. Evil, unprofessional, tired and rude, that is Middletown and with no clue on how to multi-task. He should have started the IV fluid, let it run, then tend to your next patient, which was my baby and the only patient in that hell hole. He should have come over to talk to me, directly, politely and not yell from another room. And check your attitude at the door. My baby was sick, no consideration for my baby or my time and this was "ANIMAL Hospital, which was not busy, they don't know what busy is.
Also, Middleton waited too long to start that IV for the other patient, after more than one hour of their arrival. Don't go to this Vet. Save yourself the trip. I normally don't take the time to write a review. However, I felt that in this case, a review and brief synopsis of what we experienced was necessary. Don't give him any business, because he's clearly tired and not happy with his profession at this point in his life. Because he never tried to help my sick baby, which was the reason I called and made the appointment. In fact, I was told to come in that day, all of a sudden their was an opening within the hour, told no office hours when I called early..... Don't go to this VET. period.
