I am not surprised at the reviews posted. Recently I dropped a vacuum off to get repaired. A price was given and we agreed. Repairs were done on the vacuum but none of which were requested. What was needed was never fixed. I went back with the vacuum and explained what we originally discussed. She said I never asked for that repair. I left the vacuum and called a week later to check the staus and she told me "I never told I could fix this. It's unfixable". If that were the case then why would she agree to keep the vacuum for repair. Then on the phone she tells me "you obviously are having trouble at home and are trying to take it out on me. Admit you are wrong."
I went to pickup the vacuum today, she was not present and the "man" at the counter said "she doesn't want to look at your face." Very well. When I told him I was going to write a review about my experience, I was told "get out of here b.tch."

Drop my Kenmore vacuum off for a Estimate. I was called a few days after. 94 dollars plus tax. I was a little hesitant and said I would let her know in a day or so. She preceded to tell me that it would be like a new vacuum when she was done with it for that price. I called back the next day after speaking with my wife. Ok fix it. What a mistake! Was broken when I went to pick it up. A part was missing that allowed the handle to stand up. Was told it was like that when I gave it to them. ( which it was not). What happened to like new? Still trying to get my vacuum back. Already paid over phone with credit card. Never again. Very poor business people.

My vacuum was returned more damaged than it was. The piece they we're suppose to fixed were done improperly . Very nasty job. Besides all of that, all the pieces from my vacuum are missing! So disappointed! Oh I forgot, price is insane!!! Too expansive comparing to other places.

Avoid like the plague - nasty employees, shoddy work, inferior parts, waste of time and money - go to a reputable seller or repair shop.
