My experience has been the complete opposite to the previous poster. I absolutely adore the way the teachers care for my daughter. They show her so much love and are very attentive. I'm able to call at any point during the day and speak to the teacher. My older son also went there., which is why I chose the daycare for my daughter. I got a very good tour of the site. I didn't care that they didn't have bins for her at arrival.., I brought everything in a large tote and by the end of the day it was organized. I highly recommend it.

As for the enrichment programs, they rotate every 10 - 13 weeks which wouldn't have been an issue if parents were told upfront that not all 7 enrichment programs were offered all at once. When I requested a schedule of the upcoming programs, no one was able to give me one. The answer being "Oh we don't know what comes next, program schedules are determined by corporate". How can any of the administrative staff not know what is being offered in the curriculum. This to me is a clear sign of how unorganized the union facility is and it makes me question whether they do follow the corporate mandate programs to the letter. Overall, I am not impressed with that site and would not recommend anyone to enroll their kids there especially if you are someone who likes structure.

Beware before putting your child at the Union facility. Not sure how other TLE's operate but this one is a joke. I first considered The Learning Experience because of it's proximity to our home and was very impressed at the amount of enrichment programs included in the tuition. Little did I know how misleading it was. First while touring the facilities, I was not allowed to visit the classrooms of interest. Upon making my decision to register my kids at TLE Union I had to specifically request a thorough walkthrough before signing up for the programs. Two weeks before my daughter's start date, I contacted the school to confirm her 1st day making sure that all the paper work was in order. That Monday when we arrived (at 6:50 AM while daycare opens at 6:30 AM) nothing was ready for her. Her bins hadn't been labeled, no food tray in the refrigerator for her, no snack area for her dry foods. Complete chaos.
