      I have been training at Fitness Now for many years. Training under the tutelage of Master Neal has keep me physically strong and mentally awear through cardio, weight training and Tai Chi, my favorite means of exercising. I will soon be 70 years old and my routines are just as demanding today as when I started. Now my two granddaughters are training in the martial arts. Check it out.
