Our amazing Puerto Rican food truck has been open in Union since 2012 and we have decided to expand El Lechon and open our first restaurant location! We are a full service food truck that has been seen on National TV and makes all your favorite Puerto Rican and Latin American Cuisines. We have a full service catering menu and our favorite take out menu. You can find us located all over Northern/central Jersey in Union, Summit, Madison, Roselle Park and many more location's.
