      They have improved their sterilization and is much better than 1 year ago

      They don't sterilize the tools adequately to ensure infection control. They don't use autoclaves, only UV light machines for the metal tools and pumice stones. The pumice stones are very porous and cannot be sterilized by UV light and could harbor hepatitis, HIV and other infections.
