A man named Ron Auletta helped us the first time we went in to look at kids furniture. He was informative but not pushy and nice. The bed we ended up getting was a loft bed. It was reasonably priced considering the quality of the piece. We were called within a week that it had come in and could be delivered. The delivery guy was so awesome that he took off his shoes and even placed felt we had on hand to protect our newly refinished floors. Very professional, I went there 3 times before i bought anything and the people were great every time. I would buy there again.

I bought two bedroom sets a month ago for my children and I am very pleased. I shopped five stores and they had the best value for the dollar. The selection of kids furniture was like no other store that I had gone to.
I agree with what you are saying. I order my furniture August 28th, and they told me this would be put on expedited shipping which takes 2 to 3 weeks. We're going on the 5th week, and I still dont have any furniture. I spoke to Lou, he can barely give me any dates and blames the manufacturer and tranporters. Meanwhile, I have no furniture, and I have a heart patient living out of boxes. never again!
I am sad to say that this store got my business twice. The first time was fairly uneventful 3 years ago, and I was satisfied. Something has definitely changed, either with the ownership or the caliber of the people they're hiring. My furniture not only took 4 weeks longer to arrive than they told me, but when I called to inquire about it I was spoken to extremely rudely. I was literally hung up on, and then when my call was finally returned, at the store's convenience rather than mine, I was told that I could ask 1 more question and then that was all they had time for. This is after buying a loft, mattress, dresser and bookshelf, amounting to quite a lot of money. Delivery, which cost a whopping $140, is at their convenience. I was actually given a call telling me not to phone about delivery until a certain day, within a 2 hour time period. This was a follow-up to the call letting me know the furniture was in. This place has a very nice showroom - go look there, but buy elsewhere!!
