This store is a joke for customer service. On 10/4/13 my husband and I went to this Macy's to look for a new mattress set, were told a floor model was on sale, so decided to purchase. The store wasn't in the computer as having the set, no one was available to correct it, so on Monday, 10/07 we returned to actually purchase the set. When we asked about having it delivered, we were told that was not possible (nothing was said about paying for delivery) and that we couldn't have the bed until 10/15!! Since when can you not have what you've purchased!!! On the afternoon of 10/13 we received a call saying Macy's truck was not showing up on the 15th (SO???) & we needed to make arrangements for the 16th or 19th!! What??? It's our bed!! Left a message for the manager, who has totally ignored me even tho I requested a call from her, but we did get a call from the salesman saying we could pick up our bed. WOW!!! Will NEVER shop there again!!!

I recently purchased a supposedly $3,000 diamond ring. Got it on sale for $1,299 plus tax. Oh, it looked so pretty under the store lights. I mistakingly took the tags off. I have now found out from local jewelers that it is a very poor quality ring and worth much, much less. I now have it in a reputable local jewelry store in their estate jewelry counter. If it should sell, I will make around $525. Wow, so I will be out almost $1,000 IF it sells. I will no longer purchase jewelry at the "fine jewelry" counter at Macy's. Wow, what a mistake. The diamonds are very cloudy and I have learned a lesson. How can they ask $3,000 for such a low quality ring?
