Terrible in every way. Awful internet service, awful customer service. They charge way too much and won't even give you the service they advertise. Any attempts to contact them are met with either an answering machine, or people who are more determined to get off the phone than actually improve their service.
They've been scamming people in this area for years. Do not give these people any money.

I finally had to cut off my service. They would never return my calls. When I would finally get a hold of them, they acted like they didn't care about having my business. I definitely do NOT recommend them.

I wouldn't suggest getting there internet. It is awful! We pay $59.95 for 3-6 Megs & we do good to get 2!!! Most of the time we get under 1.
