We went to Heights because we were needing money for a business trip. The Heights office personell has definately changed. They aren't as friendly since Cindy left. It's a horrible thing to say but you walk in the door and you don't see a single person smiling. And they have this problem with understanding that YOU CAN'T CALL MY HUSBAND AT WORK! There is one particular girl in the office that called my husband at work and basically said I was a liar and so on so forth. She calls his office even before the note is due wanting to know when we will be in. It drives me CRAZY when you specifically leave a message for someone NOT to do something yet they do it anyway. It could cost my husband his job yet she calls constantly. they hae a problem in the office with communication. You tell one of them something and they don't seem to pass it on to anyone else. I received a phone call from 3 different people in their office in the same day. The customer service aspect of their office SUCKS and they don't seem to be in any hurry to get a loan done but so far they have come through. My advise to anyone.............If you need a loan Heights is a great place to go ................................ as long as you have patience and don't mind repeated phone call after phone call. Oh yeah and you might get a statement every month or so but you will be a very fortunate individual if you a statement every month.
