I PUT MY THINGS IN THE STORAGE AND WENT BACK TO PAY MY BILL. EVERYTHING IN MY STORAGE WAS GONE AND SOMEONE ELSE WAS OCCUPYING MY SPACE. GREAT JOB UNION CITY SELF STORAGE

I PUT MY THINGS IN THE STORAGE AND WENT BACK TO PAY MY BILL. EVERYTHING IN MY STORAGE WAS GONE AND SOMEONE ELSE WAS OCCUPYING MY SPACE. GREAT JOB UNION CITY SELF STORAGE
The front gate is broken so they leave it open all day, There was human waste outside of my storage unit and it was smeared all over the outside wall. I informed the manager of this and she said she won't clean it up. She gave me another unit. the unit is actually two smaller ones combined which requires two seperate locks. the manager failed to mention this. I will defentally never chose this buisness ever again!!! I only pray my stuff is safe.
