my experience at ivory chevrolet was my first time getting my own car and I must say my sales rep Peter Etienne was the best! He did everything in my favor. He explain everything I should know, And he worked around my budget. Unlike most salesman Peter made sure I was happy befor leaving the lot. if i every have any problems I know who to call.

He had more patients than any other sales man I every gone to I would recommend him to family and friends. He shows a very friendly side to him that most people don't have.He make sure he do his best to get you in a car he goes that extra mile most people want go.So in my book you have a value employee.

I went to Ivory to buy a part for my car and was greeted by a Kelly, a sales person, that was wonderful. I had to run to an appointment in the middle of his sales pitch. He took the time and wrote out directions and took the time to make sure that I would not get lost as well as offered to get me if I did. As of that point I was coming back. To make a long story short I got my car at a reasonably good price. They listened and work within my budget range. Kelly was excellent! He was pleasant, great personality and a good man to have working on your deal. I would like to thank Ivory for their professionalism and team work to get the job or deal done. Salespeople were waiting in the parking lot and I had one at my window before I even put my truck in park. Loud, annoying music, a bunch of song and dance along with some fast-talking salespeople. They didn't know it, but i had cash in hand, ready to do business after I met with another dealer and they wouldn't take me seriously, so I left. I would avoid this place and go somewhere that doesn't rely on a bunch of flashy suits and annoying music to sell a truck.
