My new Brooks Abel Encore hammers are riduculous. Having supplied full info to the sompany Brooks from the piano's manufacturer, I got a bizarre set of hammers that neither sound nor play correctly. The Brooks hammer persons simply brushed aside the manufacturer's specs, and copied poorly hammers I told them were NOT original. TERRIBLE!
