Through active listening and thoughtful questioning I strive to deliver high-quality care that is not only evidence-based but is patient-centered, holistic, and culturally-competent. I am especially interested in women's mental health, immigrant and refugee mental health, and mental health issues in the medically-ill. In addition to medication management, I provide psychotherapy as well. I earned my medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and completed my residency in psy
