All the sales people were very nice EXCEPT for Toby Poe, very rude and unprofessional. We were interested in a truck they had, and called ahead to set up a time to look at it, when we decided we wanted it they said we could come up on a Monday to buy it (was a Saturday, we told Mr. Poe we would be there first thing Saturday 9am, he didn't come walking in until after 10). We were not too happy about that, because we drove quite a ways and Mr. Poe could have very well told us that we couldn't buy it on Saturday when we talked to him before coming up there. We decided we really wanted this truck and so told them we would come up on Monday after he worked out a deal with the banks etc. He called and told us WE would have to go to this credit union, sign papers and then we could pick up the truck, (So we would have to drive from one side of tyler to the other to do all this, again we didn't like the way this all sounded, but agreed) next thing we know he tells us we have to open an account with this credit union (yet another surprise). After we questioned all this Mr. Toby Poe got very rude and yelled at us (like it was our fault he didn't have his mess in order), said he wouldn't sell us the truck, which we replied good because we wouldn't be buying from him .. Later that day, he did call back to apologize (again only because the BIG boss had found out about it). Then big boss called said he would send a check for our gas that we wasted going up there several times (which we NEVER got, we wouldn't have cashed it, but if we had actually gotten one, it would have been a good faith kinda thing).. We later Bought the Truck we wanted from another dealer.. Would NEVER recommend Tyler car and truck center to anyone
