We are a local Tyler TX gym with over 80 group exercise classes a week. We have personal trainers that assist in teaching kick boxing, Yoga, Pilates, weight lifting, and much more.

We are located behind The Diner on Broadway. Our facility is a 42,000 square foot fitness facility so you shouldn't miss it. Look for the sign.
