This is the worst place I've lived at yet. The staff is so disorganized and completely unprofessional. Before I even moved in, I was told everything would be ready and the lease would be prepped for me to sign on move in day. Come move in day, I was told move in time wouldn't be until 4pm which is completely outrageous because I found out nothing was done not even the lease due to the fact they were in the middle of changing management. So all my belongings and paid movers had to wait all day until I could officially move in. All the repairs that needed to be listed the first 24 hours were not handled until 3-6 months later. The AC was leaking for at least 2 months before someone took a look at it. My garbage disposal was out for nearly 6 months. Toilet didn't work first day I moved in. Tubs were clogged. They took so long to even get back to me I ended up using my own money to fix it myself. I was referred by a friend who was supposed to get a $200 referral. Guess what. Never did. They'd constantly blame their inefficiency to techinicallities. Like if you requested a work order online they'd say you had to call or show up. Vise versa.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. This apartment gave a student discount and that is why I chose it when I moved to Tyler for my Masters. The complex is dirty and unsafe, my car has been keyed multiple times and I have caught two people trying to break into it. They honestly let anybody live here. The actual apartment is smaller which is fine, but everything is falling apart. For the first three months my bathroom would be backed up with sewage, and I had to go to a gas station to use a bathroom. My kitchen flooded five times. There was a roof leak which made a large hole in my ceiling in the living room which took 2 1/2 weeks for them to actually fix. At that point I finally convinced them to move me to a different unit since they wouldn't let me out of my lease and the new unit had a roof leak which put two more holes in my ceiling. They have yet to come fix it after I call everyday for them to come and fix it. It has been 2 months since it happened and the management just ignores the issue while being extremely rude at the same time. The bottom floor of the building has flooded with sewage as well, and instead of fixing it they just put a pipe running from the room to a creek out behind the building which makes the entire place smell like crap. Spending an extra 20-40 a month is definitely worth it instead of living here.

This apartment is horrendous!!! My apartment has been leaking water for a month now AND HAS MOLD... I've called and called time after time for them to fix the problem but they simply didn't care. When I told them about the problem they weren't bothered at all I called corporate 6 times and my apartment is still leaking!!! And today the told me I couldn't break my lease !!!! According to them my flooded living area wasn't a priority because a lot of people didn't have A/C.... This place is poorly ran an don't care about its residents!!!! They wouldn't even stay here; why must anyone else? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T STAY HERE!!!! Plus my car got broken into last month!!! Not a safe environment; they used to be well light at night but they cutting back in money and half the complex isn't light now :-( come see for yourself!!!!!! DON'T RENT HERE.....

This apartment is not worth at all what you'll be paying for. Maintenance will not come for you unless you have just moved in. They will fine you for everything(if I remember correctly, ex. $50 for garbage left outside of the dumpster, $25 and up if your balcony light is out...etc). The management is very unfriendly. They will not work with you in any situation and scrap all the money that they can get from you. A/c and heater is so loud that it'll bother you during your sleep. You can hear people walk around who live down from you. It is loud day and night from kids, people partying, and their car stereo banging. There are far better and cheaper apartment that you can find in Tyler than this place.
