0Dont use these guys. They did a patio for me and it was the worst concrete work Ive ever seen. They started formwork in the morning and werent ready to pour concrete until late afternoon. It was dark when they finished so they couldnt see what they were doing. The finish on top looked like it they went over it with a rake. The slope was to be away from the house and it slopes to the house. They used a grinder to smooth our the surface and that didnt help much. All they offered was excuses. They seem inexperienced and dont plan their work. By the time they were done, I was done with them too.
Novation Landscapes did a terrific job for me! Brandon, the owner, came to my home and gave me a very competitive bid. Moreover, he had terrific ideas I would have never thought of. His English is perfect of course ... but I have had trouble communicating with other contractors in the past. They replanted new shrubs all around my house with new topsoil and installed a new sprinkler system. His crew was punctual, did the work with total professionalism and then CLEANED UP EVERYTHING before they left .. What more can you ask for? K.D.

Novation Landscapes did my sprinkler irrigation system. .. Good! With the record Texas drought going on ...my large lawn was turning to toast. I called around and had Novation come out and give me a bid .. They were not the bottom line cheapest , but Brandon knew his business, had good references and quoted some better grade equipment than the other guys. The decision was a no-brainer... and they did not disappoint me. The crew went to work in a couple of days ... did not tear up the yard, fixed it so the furrows were minimized and cleaned everything up before they finished. Excellent work by pros. I will be using them for other projects soon. D.C
