Are Y'all Open Today ?

Recently moved back to Tyler. Picked this nail salon at random. Have had manicures & pedicures for years in several different towns/cities. I was pleasantly surprised at the service and the job done. They got right to me and were quick and I walked out with my manicure & pedicure looking great! I will go back.

They are very precise about the work they do. I love all of the techs and they know what I like. Even the times that i try to venture off and try other salons I always find my back

Very disappointed. I walked into this place and did not get greeted upon arrival. It wasn't until I had been seated for roughly 20 mins or so that one guy finally made his way over and asked what I wanted. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with the customer service here, but one guy in particular I only let do my nails. I'm typing this review as I am sitting in the place still and I will not be coming back. Be warned if you like customer service, take your business to another establishment in Tyler. If I could give no stars I certainly wouldn't hesitate

i am a new customers of this place. i have been getting my nails done fore years in tyler but has not found a place i peculiar like cause im very picky with the person i get. i need them to speak english that i can understand, i like them to be precise with the work i want done on me, i like the work to look nice as possible, i dont like being cut or nicked when they cut my cuticles or nails, and i like them polite. i have found all this at natural nails! i didnt get this young man's name but he was excellent to me and treated me with the respect that a customer should get not to mention that he did a great job on my nails! i will being going here from now on
