The care for me as a patient has not been the best! I call in for a refill on my medication. I was told yes it could be refilled. Had I not call back I would not have known that it was not going to be refilled. The medication is for high blood. Also I made a point to set up a appointment at the same time. I also told her it was time for my 6 month check up and I would not be able to come in until the 5th day of the next month. I just need enough medication until then. I was told when I call back no, we can not help you. Now I am not a new patient. You have to pay up front at this office and you can not create a account with them. I will not be going back nor do I recommend this high cost just in business for the money walk-in clinic. If you do not have the money at that clinic you will die. Human life is just a dollar bill. Also I was told I did not do my fasting lab work and it was not put in my chart, but I was call and told my results or should I say someone's result. Patient care has went down the tub from the first time it open.
