I'll never go there again. We showed up to view a vehicle for my daughter. We were pointed to the car and told to look it over and someone will assist you shortly. After 10 in the heat I walked back in and explained I was in a hurry and said I'll have to go soon. They said OK, thanks for coming. Called to tell my daughter and she called them and was told they get to me shortly. After 22 minutes I passed through the waiting room, was told thanks for coming. I didn't stop because I seen no less than 7-8 people peddling around. Informed my daughter to shop elsewhere. She called back and the manager told her we left after 10 min, and we have 5 people in front of us. I seen a group of 5 people all together looking at cars on the lot with only one salesmen attending the group. What are all the other sales people inside the air conditioning for? I've never been onto a car lot before where someone wasn't attending to me right away. As a business man myself Carnac has a poor business plan in my opinion.
