This was the biggest mistake I ever made. They show you a great apartment but the apartment you actually get is old. They con you in to buying "upgrades" which you pay monthly. That is a BIG JOKE! It wasnt even ready the day we were promised to move in and had to wait another week. They acted like it was OUR problem THEY messed up. The air conditioner system is horrible. We paid more then $300 a month in electricity and we left our AC off during the day and never below 75 in the evenings. We stove burned out the first weekend we were there and it never heated right the whole time were were there. The disposal and dish washer never worked. I have reported them to the BBB of Tyler. We moved out early becuase we were sick of paying 800$ a month for a horrible ugly old apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management is horrible and so rude.
