Wood Group Pressure Control is a subsidiary of the Wood Group, an energy services company that operates in more than 40 countries that consists of three businesses that include engineering and production facilities, well support and gas turbine services. The pressure control division designs, manufactures and services surface and platform wellhead equipment and valves for oil companies throughout the world. It has a domestic United States market presence and is developing an international service infrastructure. The company has a high-pressure, forged-gate valve line and a variety of pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Wood Group Pressure Control has headquarters in Houston and offices throughout the United States, such as the office in Tyler, Texas.
