Ok if I had known that they as unprofessional and deceiving as the turned out to be,I would have never gone there,Called for a remote starter to be put on my car,told them exactly what I wanted over the phone and the type of car and all options car had,got a price,it was about 150 bucks higher then thier advertised price but I knew it would be a little higher cause of my transmission.So I get there for my appointment and then told it was gonna be almost 200 bucks more then the quote,he said guy was wrong that gave original price,then I got a price that was what I was quoted,but was now not getting what I originally wanted,then after the install was told they did not have the correct remotes for the system they installed and I would have to come back in a week,they said,WE WILL call you as soon as they get here,2 weeks later,no calls,finally did get the remotes after calling them and going out of my way to get them,been back there 4 times for service in less then a month,DON'T DEAL WITH
They tend to be a bait and swtich type of place. You go in for one thing and they upsell you on something else adding all kinds of small fees. Very knowledgeable staff. Probably the best part of the place. But they make you may for it in the end.
