We purchased a pizza from this place. My husband was eating the last piece and found a long, black hair baked into the pizza. Neither of us have black hair. After speaking to the manager over the phone, we were told that the business would replace the pizza as long as we call from the same phone number. We even offered to take the hair and pizza down to them, but they said it wasn't necessary. About a week later we called to get the replacement pizza and were told that they would not replace the $16 pizza and only give us an $8 credit. No more Romeo's pizza for us!
