I just had the best carpet I have ever felt installed in my home. It is the softest carpet with some of the best warranties around. The sales team at Pioneer know everything and was able to find me the products I was looking for. The installers where very nice and vacumed after they were done. Thanks you Pioneer Carpet One.

We had them install carpet through out our house and even upgraded to a supposed premium pad. Two years of two people in the house a 2 small dogs and the carpet is worn out.They came by and looked at it and said yes it was worn out. They sent an independent carpet inspector who also said it was worn out. The factory still denied our claim to replace the carpet and told us to just rake it up. Pioneer would not stand behind the product either and just told us we were out of luck. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend them for any flooring needs.
