The Morongo Unified School District offers educational services to more than 9,250 students in grades kindergarten through 12. The school district is based in Twentynine Palms, Calif., and provides a wide range of programs, including special education, English language learners program, athletics, advanced-placement, the gifted and talented education programs and various others. The district comprises elementary, middle, comprehensive high and continuation high schools, state preschool programs, and a special education preschool program. The subjects offered include English, science, mathematics, social studies, and health and physical education. The schools of the district also provide a variety of facilities, such as a library and media center, computer and science laboratory and cafeteria. In addition, the Morongo Unified School District offers scheduled transportation service for the students.
