The service was great. I had a problem with my washing machine and garbage disposal. Jim came over and fixed both and was very honest and up front.

Quite simply: he came when he said he would; immediately identified the problem; had the part to fix it; fixed it and now IT WORKS. It took less than 30 minutes. Getting anything repaired or installed is rarely this painless.

I would give Jim ten stars if I could. He is dedicated and hardworking. I have never witnessed a person exhibit so much pride in the work they do.

Our A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days... We called and the technician showed up within 2 hours. He brought my husband with him on the roof, and showed him exactly what was wrong...our electronic panel was fried, and was even sparking occasionally.

The repair tech arrived on time and seemed to be well informed about the issue and what it might take to repair it. He diagnosed my air conditioner pretty quick and clean.He replaced the condenser fan motor and my AC was working again! Overall i'm really satisfied with their services.

I couldn't be happier with the prompt, polite, excellent service I received. It is an expensive washing machine and was in storage - and I got it out of storage It went haywire! I thought it was probably going to cost a small fortune and be a major repair. But because of my investment in it I thought I would at least invest the small service fee to check it out! Within two minutes the technician had the back of the washing machine off and said "I know what is wrong, the cost will be $99.00". 20 minutes later the washing machine was working. And has been hard at work since then! I would not heistate to reccomend Smith Brothers to all of my friends and family! First great service experience I've had ever!

Problem with Thermador MBBS 1100 Watts Microwave Oven, the oven just stopped working the lights and rotteserie still operated. We called Smith Brothers talked to a very pleasant receptionist, she assured us that a repairman would be there within the hour. About an hour later he was at the door, quick inspection he thought it may have been a fuse issue and changed it. Bad news it wasnt a fuse there was an issue with the magnetron or something. He called back to the office and had them order one. Came back the next day and had the problem fixed. Finding a reliable repair service is difficult this day an age, we will definitely be using these guys again in the future. Thanks so much.
