These are some of the best baked goods I have ever had. I am sensitive to high sugar/carb foods and having these baked goods helps to keep my energy levels sustained throughout the day. I think its because my blood sugar stays low and there are healthy fats and fiber so my gut and mood are good all day. It's definitely a sustainable satisfaction for me and I actually feel better after eating them - so thanks, Lauren!

Honey and Maple's baked goods are the best ever!!! The ingredients are nutrient-dense, paleo-friendly and organic but the taste is what really got me hooked. Everything tastes 1000x better than traditional baked goods that use refined flour and sugar. I'm especially in love with the apple cinnamon donuts!
