- UltrasoundOur interventional Pain Management procedures are performed at our same location under American Pain Institute Surgical Center using fluroscopy guidance imaging with a C-arms X-Ray and Ultrasound enabling precise placement of medications. Having a Certified Ambulatory Surgery Center on site is a major advantage to our patients. There is no need to schedule another trip to an outside surgery center, or having to go to a hospital. American Pain Institute facility allows us to provide same day outpatient procedures. Under certain circumstances (no sedation required), the patient may return to daily normal activities. If you live with chronic pain or you have a friends or family member that do, call us today to schedule a consultation with Dr. Dominguez.
