They took good care of me and my family on upgrading my phone and voice and data plan.
My experience their was horrible!!! I was first greeted by a young man who acted like I was wasteing his time and then eventually ended up giving me the wrong information. Left store, called C.S., who informed me that he had given me false info. So, while still on the phone with customer service, I went back inside the store. I walked up to the young man from before who looked at me now with just a blank stare and told me that he couldn't help me because his computer tell his differently. At this time the snobby manger comes over and butts in to explain to me that they couldn't help me. She was EXTREMELY rude. Even after I informed her that I was on the phone with their customer service rep. The manager blew me off and went to help someone else. The kid just stood there, again with blank stare, while I asked to see some of the phone models because now I was going to have to order my phone online because the store's computer said I wasn't elegible for an upgrade for another year when in reality I was eligible two months prior. So, moving on, I asked to see a few different phones and each time I did the manager would turn around from the person she was helping to interupt our conversations and tell me that they "didn't carry that phone. You can ONLY get it online!!!!" As, again, I am still on the phone with c.s. The c.s. rep couldn't believe what she was hearing a told me to immediately leave the store and that she would handle my issues. In just a few words....
