The good reviews on here and google are from current staff members and their friends. Period. The real reviews are from a long time ago, but theyve tried to cover them up with fake ones. Staff has scarred several people doing tattoo removal & other lasers-this is factual evidence, because they are not qualified or properly trained. Was denied to see the staffs license and certifications! My experience: pressured into a treatment and after only one laser treatment, my face was severely scarred from the tech or in actually the unqualified staff. After a follow up, the staff and manager apologized for their incompetence and gave me discounted treatment for injection with Dr. Parmasetti. Week later, ended up with a dropping eyelid! Had to have another doctor in Tuscaloosa (cosmetic surgeon that knows what he is actually doing) fix it in under 5 minutes. He suggested Dr. Parmasetti injected the wrong muscle! Highly recommend going elsewhere where a doctor is present (on site) (this doctor wasnt even in the building when I had laser, because I asked to see him to fix it) staff is fully certified and licensed. This place should be shut down immediately.

These hair dressers look and act DESPERATE for your money. I'm done with this trashy place, what a waste of time and sooo much money!!

My visit with Tuscaloosa Med Spa was outstanding! Great customer service, friendly, professional, clean environment! I was in and out in one hour!! Could not have been more satisfied!!

Tuscaloosa Med Spa is wonderful place! It's such a relaxing atmosphere to have your treatments. I love the fact that the walkway to the spa is private because I am well-known in the community and don't like to advertise that I get Botox, lasers, etc. done. I had a really bad "turkey neck" and their tightening laser has been a miracle and saved me from having surgery! I am sending all of my friends!

My wife Dibya is a regular visitor... She loves it all at Tuscaloosa Medical Spa from laser,facial etc... I recommend it all.

Tuscaloosa Med Spa was the best spa I have been to in a very long time! I had an amazing experience all together. My results were absolutely remarkable, I am confused with the rest of these reviews because my laser hair reduction was flawless and I have been back several times. All of which have never left me with any scars or burns. People sometimes get burned if they don't treat the skin properly following the treatment. I will continue to go to this spa and support it as much as I can because I needed this treatment and they did a FABULOUS job! Thank you Tuscaloosa Med Spa!!

Phenomenal Results! I just finished up on my 11th treatment for my tattoo. Its Completely gone!! The experiences I had with the technicians were always top notch. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff! Having the tattoo removed was quite a long process but i'm glad I could trust the Tuscaloosa Medspa technicians for the removal. VERY HAPPY!!

Tuscaloosa Med Spa is a wonderful place. The environment is nice and mellow. The staff there are sweet as can be. I came there for laser hair removal. I was skeptical at first but the technician made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything. I have great results. I wish I would've started my treatments sooner.

Laser Hair Removal -after, my skin was bruised and injured. the technician reported errors were made-they used the wrong settings (amongst other conflicting accounts provided). it took my skin 5 weeks to heal. the doctor saw me for follow up- offered another service to correct damage. i was humored to see they never reimbursed the charge to my credit card. i paid for one thing and got another... please be cautious if treated here.

Tuscaloosa Med Spa is the best Medical office to recieve Botox injections. Dr. Peramsetty was extremely skilled and gentle. I had no bruising, swelling or headaches afterward. He was the first doctor to completely remove my deepset forehead wrinkles and crow's feet. He knew where and how deep to inject. The cost was $475 for 3 vials. Awesome!

Do not go to this place for laser hair reduction. I went there and ended up suffering with 2nd degree burns and now scars. All they have to say about my ugly scars is to try to tan them where they are less noticeable. I wish I would have read more reviews. Please do not use them for laser hair removal if you value your skin at all.

This is the first review I have ever written but it is past due and well deserved. I have had a terrible experience with Tuscaloosa Med Spa for tattoo removal. I have a tattoo that is smaller than 1 inch on my wrist that only has black ink. I was promised a successful removal but 7 treatments later, I still have the tattoo along with permanent scar tissue from laser burns. I just left a consultation with a plastic surgeon in Birmingham who told me the laser technician must have been inexperienced. I just hate that I didn't stop the treatments earlier! Also, the prices at Tuscaloosa Med Spa are ridiculous in comparison! I was charged $150 for each treatment. That puts me at a total of $1,050 for the botched job. The highly regarded plastic surgeon I am seeing in Birmingham charges less than half of Tuscaloosa Med Spa's prices. Do yourself a service and stay away from the laser tech!!! I wish someone had warned me.

PERMANENT HAIR REDUCTION!!!!! Wow! They told me it was true, but I was still skeptical. Boy were they right on the money!! I am now perfectly smooth and hair free. My husband LOVES it!
