Inverness Apartment Homes is in need of serious maintaince. My AC has been out for 40+ days.

So, for starters, since it is a "gated community", the gates haven't worked since this time last year when I first signed my lease! Then, like other people have said, the price is rediculous because NOTHING ever works! Then if you have a pet there is a $600 pet deposit PLUS an additional $19 a month rent for your pet! Then we have a snow storm.....guess what!?! I have no heat and it took them THREE WEEKS to get me heat after they brought me a "space heater" which ended up being a portable air unit bc the maintainace dont have a clue what they are doing!!! Then it warms up outside.....NO AIR! I have now been a month with no air but yet even though no heat or air has been working my power bill doubled!!! They tried to tell me that Alabama power went up on my bill so they wouldnt have to take responsibility for not fixing my unit and causing it to keep sucking power even though its not heating or cooling! I am now begining a law suit against them so I WOULD NOT recommentd anyone rent here
