Me and my sister came in 10/3/15 Jordan checked us in he was Awesome he was on 7a~3p shift. The room was clean safe and bed was comfortable. Walls are thin tho we heard our neighbors all night celebrating the win Roll tide.. The guy who worked front desk on 10/04/15 7a~3p now he was rude i called down at like 8 to ask about breakfast time and menu he knew the time was 10 but he told me he dont knw the menu and hung up so i changed my mind on getting up laid back down and a few mins later housekeeping busts in im like wtf she say oh my bad wrong room. I call down to the front and ask for manager and the rude guy tells me he the manager on duty so i tell him my problem and ask why & he makes a excuse for them and hangs up then about 20 mins later he calls my room & apologize for housekeeping and still quickly hangs up. So around check out time i get a note under my door saying im sorry from housekeeping. Ok. By then im just ready to go home so i get downstairs to return the keys and walk to the desk and the rude dude walks off like im invisible and he got a attitude with me WTF so i lay my keys down & walk out with no thank u have a good day or nothing.
