General Info
Since 1974, Franklin County Home Care Corporation (FCHCC) has developed, provided, and coordinated home and community services that support independent living to elders and persons with disabilities, working also with families and caregivers who provide support to loved ones. FCHCC is a private, nonprofit corporation, Area Agency on Aging (AAA), and Aging Services Access Point (ASAP). We work in Franklin County, Massachusetts, plus the four Worcester County towns of Athol, Petersham, Phillipston, and Royalston, and also offer programs in Hampshire, Hampden, and Berkshire Counties;The communities we want to live in are made by people who care about people. We are all part of a family and seek the assistance and support of family, friends, and our community when life presents its challenges. Think of us as the guide to what you need. FCHCC has been, and will be, there to answer questions; sort out complex processes for applications; provide health insurance information, education, and counseling; offer home and community options; and provide opportunities for healthy living, volunteer engagement, and making choices best suited to one’s situation.
