My family has been to many cool hand luke's and this one for my family is great. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves steak. We ordered appetizers and they came fast and were very good. The one thing that I need a wait staff is to keep my glass filled with what I ordered and they were there and asked me if I wanted a new glass of tea. One time they brought it without asking me if I needed more. My family's experience is great every time. We started going this year 2012 so I think they got the message of service. There strawberry desert is my daughters favorite.

We have been to Cool Hand Lukes all over CA. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at ANY restaurant. The hostess was rude. We saw our waitredd 3 xs. She was the worst waitress we have ever had anywhere. The food was beyond distigusting!!!! We started w/ the sweet fried and the artichoke hearts. The fries were not only cold but they were raw in the middle. The artichokes were covered in so much grease that they were inedible. There was about a cup of grease in the bottom of the skillet and it had turned a milky yellow color. The bread was so undercooked that when we picked it up it our fingerprints stayed indented into it. The salad was brown and consisted mainly of the center of the lettuce head. We could not eat them at all. The beans were watery and smelled. They looks so terrible that only one of us was brave enough to try them and they made the person gag. I ordered a New York steak. The steak was so tough the knife would barely cut it. It smelled like it had been in the summer sun for hours and tasted worse. I ordered it medium rare and it was cook completely through. Not only did I send it back but I did not order anything else off the menu for fear of getting sick. The ribs smelled rancid and were so tough they would not come off the bone. The shrimp smellled terrible and again was covered in so much grease it deemed them inedible. We had planned on ordering dessert but once we got our food we where so disgusted we didnt out of fear of food posioning. To top it all off we all got sick from the food. It was a waste of $70.00 and I am still livid we wasted the money!!! We will NEVER return to a Cool Hand Lukes Again!!!!
