I've been going into ups store many years now. Being said this is the most friendliest staff (management) I've witnessed. Sometimes I've had to wait, while some customers want to just complain ,just bc they're having a bad day. I.Don't mind waiting for the staff to get to me,after witnessing a temper tantrum by others. By the time they throw.their fits,they could've taken the package themselves. Patience & kindness in the store ,brings me back
