Best service ever!! This company and their technicians are some of the best in the industry, if not the best! My whole family has been serviced by this fine group, and I recommend them to anyone!!
I was chewed out by a technician, because of where our dish was mounted, when their company was the one that did the install. When we had a problem, the same technician chewed out my wife saying we were wasting his time calling about our problem. Now, I'm spending the second day at my house waiting for a technician. The first day I was home, the technician told the company he had been to my house and no one was home. The interesting thing is that the time he gave for being at my home was the same time I answered the phone from the company to check and see if the technician had arrived yet. Then, the technician changed the story saying the problem was a line of site problem. How he knows this without visiting my house is beyond me. So, I rescheduled for today between 8am & noon. It is now after 1:00 pm and still no one has come to fix our problem. I have e-mailed Dish Network about the problem and they have been unresponsive. Don't know what to do next other than contact the BBB.
