AVOID AT ALL COSTBrought in a functional iphone 7 with a cracked screen.They replaced it but could not fit it in perfectly saying that the frame was bent.There was a spot on the edge of the screen, owner guaranteed it will not affect anything.Fair enough. We updated the phone, everything was working fine. When we get a phone call it would mute and turn on the dial pad.Took it to CPR to get a second opinion. CPR told us it is because of that spot on the screen.We then took it back to SAMS . The phone was still working with the after market screen. everything works except when i make calls.. Owner finally agreed to change the screen.. NOw the phone would not boot up... owner blames it on the update.it was working fine with the newest update with the first replacement screen.!!!owner showed us the sign that says they are not responsible for breaking the customers phone....AVOID AT ALL COST

Always do a good job for me.Talk to me nicely. Love them men there so nice.Can call them and if they don't have the part they do there best to get it.Great place to carry u r phone and buy one there.

Was very rude. Could not even give back the correct amount of change. Had to argue with him to get it all back. Acted like a child and was shaking his head told me to shut up. And the other man had apologized for the whole problem.
