LIFECORE Health Group’s integrated delivery model is designed specifically to meet the unique health care needs of children and adolescents who suffer from a severe emotional disturbance and adults who suffer from a chronic behavioral health disorder or chemical dependency. All programs offered by LIFECORE Health Group focus on the individual’s comprehensive healthcare needs both behavioral health and physical health. Our staff encompasses over 220 professional employees dedicated to providing the highest quality services to our patients and their families. LIFECORE Health Group is proud to provide services through a compassionate and talented team of Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists, Adult Psychiatrists, Family Practice Physicians, Family Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, RN’s, LPN’s, Clinical Psychologists, Master’s Level Therapists and Bachelor’s Level Support Staff.
