Established in 1952, Foamcraft Inc. is engaged in foam fabrication. The company produces a complete line of polyurethane foam products. Covering 48,000 square feet of the fabrication space, it maintains and operates four foam fabrication facilities as well as a distribution center. Foamcraft Inc. has experience and expertise in producing foam products for various market segments, such as residential, commercial furniture, marine, packaging, recreational vehicle (RV), consumer, medical and other arena. It uses numerous process techniques, including horizontal/vertical computer numeric control (CNC) counter cutting, automatic vertical slitting, high speed carousel slitting, die cutting, lamination and conventional cutting capabilities.
